Who we are (and how we partner in Canada)

We're a Greater Vancouver–based team combining online education and AI. Our AI-powered SaaS is used by educators worldwide—but we also see deeper ESL writing needs that technology alone can't solve. We believe high-quality Canadian tutors are well positioned to meet these needs when paired with our AI tools, the right students, and our operational know-how. That's why we partner closely with tutors to deliver AI-assisted English writing tutoring.

How we work together

• We bring you students who care deeply about learning outcomes, many of them international.
• You teach 1:1 online using your own proven methodology, curriculum, or course—we're not asking you to switch.
• You assign writing practice using our AI writing tool, which boosts after-class practice and speeds up your feedback loop.
• We prioritize quality over growth—for new offerings, we optimize for educational outcomes and lasting trust.

What you bring

• A track record of improving students' writing (tutoring or teaching).
• A curriculum or methodology you know works—and can explain why.
• Professional writing or editing experience is a big plus.
• Background check required after offer (vulnerable-sector screening).
• Experience with international learners or ELL is a plus.

Terms

• C$30–$60/hr; up to C$120/hr for specialized services.
• All sessions online, with flexible scheduling across time zones.
• Clear path from contractor to employment if it's a good fit.
